Lumora ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered organizer and message scheduling application. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in compliance with
applicable international privacy standards.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 User Account Information
Email / Password Registration:
- Email address
- Username
- Password (securely hashed and stored via Supabase)
- Registration timestamp
Google / Facebook OAuth:
- Email address
- Profile name
- Profile photo URL
- No passwords are collected from third-party providers.
1.2 Profile Information
- Profile photo
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- City (optional)
- Date of birth (optional)
1.3 Scheduled Message Data
- Message content
- Scheduled delivery time
- Platform (Telegram / WhatsApp / Email)
- Recipient data (Telegram Chat ID, WhatsApp number, Email address)
1.4 AI Usage Data
- Prompts and messages sent to AI
- Selected tone or style (for example: professional, friendly, romantic)
1.5 Communication and Contact Data
- Contact names
- Chat IDs
- Email addresses
- WhatsApp numbers
We do not automatically access your entire contact list. Only data you explicitly select or provide
through the app is processed.
1.6 Password Reset Data
- 6-digit verification code
- Reset request timestamp (auto-deleted after approximately 15 minutes)
1.7 Local Storage Data
Stored only on the user device via localStorage:
- Language preference
- Username
- Email address
- Profile photo
- Onboarding completion status
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, manage, and secure user accounts
- To schedule and deliver messages at the selected time
- To generate or optimize AI-based content and suggestions
- To improve app performance, features, and user experience
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use
- To provide customer support and respond to user requests
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) for data in transit
- Hashed passwords stored securely via Supabase
- Access to user data is limited and role-based
- We do not manually view your content unless required for support and only with your consent when
possible
4. Third-Party Services
Lumora may integrate with or use the following third-party services:
- Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
- Groq API or other AI service providers
- Telegram API
- WhatsApp Business API
- Email providers
- Google / Facebook OAuth
- Analytics and crash reporting tools
These providers may collect certain technical or usage information according to their own privacy
policies.
5. Data Retention
- Scheduled messages are kept until they are delivered or deleted by the user.
- Password reset codes are automatically deleted after a short validity period.
- Account and profile data are stored as long as your account is active or as required by law.
- Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
6. User Rights
Depending on applicable laws, you may have the right to:
- Request account deletion
- Request deletion of stored messages and content
- Request a copy of your data (data export)
- Correct or update your information
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so that
we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated"
date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated
Policy.
